Credit unions submit statements, reports and other information pursuant to:

    • Decree No. 55/2023 Coll. The Decree is effective as of 1 July 2023

  • Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2024/3117 (external link) of 29 November 2024 laying down implementing technical standards for the application of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to supervisory reporting of institutions and repealing Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 of 17 December 2020.
    Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 shall cease to apply from 1 January 2025, except for Article 5(12) and Annex I, templates 18 to 24, and Annex II, Part II, points 5.1 to 5.7. Article 15 of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 shall continue to apply until 31 December 2025 only for the purposes of Article 5(4) of this Regulation. Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/451 is repealed with effect from 31 December 2025.
