Reporting duty and methodology

CCR participants are obliged to send the required data to the CCR database on a monthly basis. Overall information on technical connection, access management, the conditions of CCR participation and the reporting methodology are not publicly available and will be sent to the bank upon request. Please note that all CCR methodology documents and applications are in Czech only.

The Czech National Bank and other CCR participants (banks) jointly finance the CCR. CCR participants are charged fees for access to CCR information in accordance with CNB Decree No. 164/2002 Coll. (pdf, 131 kB).

The fees and the conditions for their application are listed in the Schedule of Charges for the Financial and Business Services of the CNB (pdf, 118 kB).

The reporting duty is stipulated in CNB Decree No. 273/2014 Coll. (pdf, 88 kB) on compiling and submitting information for the Czech National Bank database - the Central Credit Register by banks and foreign bank branches.

  • Pursuant to CNB Decree No. 164/2002 Coll. (pdf, 131 kB) on the conditions of access to information contained in the information database of the Czech National Bank - the Central Credit Register, CCR participants have access to information stored in the register database via the CCR application (on-line) or using direct communication of the bank's application server with the CCR system via web services sessions (CRUWS).
