Access management

Information on technical connection, access management and the terms and conditions of participation in the CCR will be provided to banks upon request.

The Czech National Bank and other CCR participants (banks) jointly finance the CCR. CCR participants are charged fees for access to CCR information in accordance with CNB Decree No. 164/2002 Coll. (pdf, 131 kB).

The fees and the conditions for their application are listed in the Schedule of Charges for the Financial and Business Services of the CNB (pdf, 118 kB).

  • Pursuant to CNB Decree No. 164/2002 Coll. (pdf, 208 kB) on the conditions of access to information contained in the information database of the Czech National Bank - the Central Credit Register, CCR participants have access to information stored in the register database via the CCR application (on-line) or using direct communication of the bank's application server with the CCR system via web services sessions (CRUAWS).
