Regular reporting of insurance and reinsurance companies

Domestic insurance and reinsurance companies and branches of foreign insurance and reinsurance companies submit to the Czech National Bank the statements, reports and other information

• with data up to 31. 12. 2009 defined in Official information of 23 December 2008 on reporting of domestic insurance/reinsurance companies, branches of foreign insurance/reinsurance companies from third countries and branches of foreign insurance companies from EU or EEA member states for 2009 - available in Czech only,
• with data from 1. 1. 2010 defined in Decree No. 433/2009 Coll. on reporting of insurance and reinsurance companies - available in Czech only,
• Complete wording of Decree No. 314/2013 Coll. (pdf, 184 kB, available in Czech only) (as of 1 January 2015 - working material for information only).

The detailed methodology underlying the individual statements and reports is available in a manner allowing remote access in the Methodological information section of the SDNS application, Insurance area (available in Czech only). From the technical point of view an insurance/reinsurance company may opt for one of three automated data collection methods (SDNS, UN/EDIFACT, Web Services).
