Licensing and approval proceedings - Insurance intermediaries

The way, requisites and annexes of applications for the entry to the Register of Insurance Intermediaries are defined in act No. 170/2018 Coll. and decree No. 196/2018 Coll. (see below). The requisites of applications, the specimen forms on which applications should be submitted, methodological and interpretation documents regarding certain provisions of these regulation are defined in the following implementing regulations and official information of the Czech National Bank.

In connection with the launch of the basic registers system on 1 July 2012, some changes have been made in licensing and approval proceedings, as described in the document entitled Information on planned changes in licensing and approval proceedings in connection with the basic registers (pdf, 203 kB, available in Czech only).
