The Czech National Bank wishes to warn the public about the activities of Silk Assets Investments ltd., which is presenting itself as a company having its registered office in the Czech Republic, Horní náměstí 358/4, 745 00 Cholinka, and is offering, among other things, trading in investment instruments, cryptocurrencies and commodities at www.silkassets.org. It is also abusing the Czech National Bank’s logo in its activities.
Silk Assets Investments ltd. has no authorisation to provide investment services or any other financial market services in the Czech Republic, and its activities are not supervised by the Czech National Bank. Investment in its products is not subject to statutory insurance.
