The CNB may also supervise consumer protection in entities which it is obliged to supervise under the Act on the CNB or in entities licensed under special legal rules (the Foreign Exchange Act):

• the central depository
• other persons maintaining a register of investment instruments
• management companies
• investment funds
• organisers of markets in investment instruments
• reinsurance companies
• settlement system operators
• payment systems
