Management Companies and Investment Funds
(regulation effective since 19 August 2013)
Following the AIFMD and UCITS directives, the Investment Management and Investment Funds Regulation covers rules for products (funds) and providers (fund managers, administrators, depositaries) and other rules (cross-border services, marketing).
This website section covers Czech, EU and ESMA legislation and other relevant documents like guidelines, Q&As etc.
Providers (management companies, prime administrators) providing extra investment services (MiFID) also follow relevant MiFID-linked rules.
Further practical information on licensing , reporting etc. is available in other sections of the website.
