Non-performing credit servicing
In this area, the Act sets out the conditions of regulation for entities servicing non-performing credit and trading in bank loans on the financial market (this area has so far been regulated only through general trade licensing regulations), including the rules for dealing with a borrower, the aim being to ensure higher protection for the borrower.
