Measure of a general nature (MGN) are presented for the sake of clarity. MGN is not a legal regulation, but an administrative act pursuant to Art. 171 et seq. of the Code of Administrative Procedure. An administrative authority is authorized to issue a MGN when required by law. MGN is neither a legislation nor an individual administrative decision. MGN is binding on market participants referred to in the MGN in the same way as the legislation does.
